Freshly Baked in Just 3 Minutes! The NomNom Pizza Vending Machine Arrives at Wellington Station, Redefining Convenient Food

A brand-new NomNom Pizza vending machine is set to launch in the main hall of Wellington Station, featuring the eye-catching slogan: Time Is Pizza Time. It promises to serve hot, handmade, freshly baked pizza to passengers in just three minutes.

The machine is currently undergoing final testing and is not yet fully operational. It was created by Stéphanie and Vincent Boudet, a French immigrant couple, with the goal of challenging the common stereotype that vending machine food must be low quality.

Unlike typical vending machine products that are frozen and reheated in a microwave, NomNom Pizza utilizes an innovative, all-in-one system.Pizzas are 30 cm in diameter, handmade in a professional kitchen, and pre-baked to 80% completion.The machine functions as both a refrigerator and a high-performance oven, with a capacity of up to 69 pizzas.Once ordered, the machine completes the remaining 20% of the baking process, automatically slices and boxes the pizza, and serves it hot.

“This is not a microwave, and these are not frozen pizzas,” Stéphanie told reporters. “This is food made with fresh ingredients and served quickly.”

French-Inspired Menu, Quality First

Vincent, who has a professional background in catering, has developed a menu featuring seven French-style pizzas, some of which include specialty ingredients imported directly from France. The couple emphasized that, despite the convenience of a vending machine, maintaining quality remains their top priority.

Once operational, this smart pizza machine will offer 24/7 high-quality, convenient dining at Wellington Station, establishing a new standard for fresh, fast food in transportation hubs.
